Meade ETX 60AT
The Meade ETX 60AT is easy to carry to any viewing location. From
your backyard to a distant mountaintop. Its easy to get started, just place
the telescope on a flat surface, do a fast easy 60 second alignment of the
telescopes computer to the sky, and start viewing. You can use the ETX 60AT
for more than 20 hours in the field with its six internal AA batteries.
The Meade ETX 60AT is equipped with accurate worm gear systems on each
axis which permit smooth pushbutton motions of the telescope. This is very
important, especially when you want to find deep space images. If you want something a slightly bigger than the 60 AT look at the Meade ETX 70AT telescope.
