The Meade Telestar DS 60ME telescope is great for providing sharp,
high contrast images of the night sky or land, because of its high quality
optics. You'll be able to see the stars, planets, and the moon as well as
the birds and other nature.
For precision and extremely smooth tracking, Meade has equipped the
Telestar DS 60ME telescope with its advanced Digital Series mount, with slow
motion controls on both axes. It has a 60mm coated refractor lens, and its
700mm focal length delivers sharp images and great contrast.
The Telestar DS 60ME uses three types of Meade eyepieces, the SR4mm,
H12.5mm, and the H25mm. They are electronic, and allow viewing on your TV.
Included with this telescope as a bonus is the Starlocator astronomy
software. Use it to find your favorite celestial object.
