Steve Kennedy Telescope Mirror
The Steve Kennedy telescope mirror is constructed from high-grade
accurate annealed Pyrex. Twenty-four inch mirror coatings are supplied by
Spectrum Coatings with standard 90% aluminum and quartz overcoat. 28 inch
mirrors have standard aluminum coatings, and are supplied by a variety of
coaters, you can choose from.
Steve Kennedy equips all of his telescope mirrors with a clean rolling
safety bevel on both sides between .060 inch and .075 inch face width. The
back side is very finely ground.
Steve Kennedy's prices for the telescope mirrors include the coatings,
heavy construction wood frame crate, and US shipping. When you order a 50%
down payment is required, and the remaining 50% is due when the mirror is
ready to be shipped for coating.
